We accept refund or return requests within 7 days of delivery, depending on product type and condition.

2. Eligibility

Refunds or replacements apply if:

  • Item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Item is returned unused and in original packaging

3. International Returns

  • Return shipping for international customers is the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.

  • Refund will be issued once item is inspected upon return.

4. Items Not Eligible

  • Digital / downloadable software keys

  • Items damaged through misuse

  • Clearance or custom-ordered items (unless defective)

5. Refund Methods

Refunds are returned via the original payment method.

Processing time: 3–7 business days depending on bank or payment platform.

  • Your Order Number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos / videos (if applicable)
